Costa Rica Mushroom Spores

This variety colonizes quickly, resulting in heavy flushes of medium to big fruits. In appearance and potency, the Costa Rica psilocybin mushroom resembles the well-known psilocybe semilanceata and psilocybe mexicana mushrooms. The cap of the Costa Rica mushroom is around 70 mm in diameter. It has a golden brown tint that develops to a light brown tone. When the mushroom is young, fine fibrillose veil remnants remain, but these largely go away as the mushroom matures. This strain has a blue-green bruising color when touched or handled. The stems of this variety grow to be around 200 mm long. Costa Rican magic mushroom spores are dark purplish-brown and subellipsoid, with four-spored basidia. Under a microscope, the rich purple-brown tint is a joy to explore, making this a perfect pick for new researchers. This strain is also resistant to contamination.

Costa Rica’s magic mushrooms, according to legend, were discovered in the foothills around the Arenal Volcano in Costa Rica. A researcher or hobbyist known only as Rhino went mushroom foraging near the volcano and returned with some spore prints. Bovine and horse manure, as well as enriched soils in subtropical climes, are the native habitat of this Costa Rica mushroom strain. Rhino apparently discovered the mushrooms at an elevation of 1000-1200 feet, rather than at sea level. That means Rhino has to put in a lot of effort simply to discover these gems.
